Been in Hayward damn near my whole life and thats the only reason im speaking on it. The only active crips ive ever known were a few tongans on folsom in the 90's. The only Bloods were SB. Some said Samoan Bloods some didnt even say that they said it was Strictly Business that was in the late 80's. Only Scraps that have any kinda history have been South Garden which in the 80's also had nortes on the same block and a small part of B street. Obviously I could be wrong .
