I just started taking hydroxycut. I'm not trying to lose weight but the fool at the GNC said it is also good for toning and shit but I am also trying to gain muscle so I take protein shakes and try to eat lots of high protein low fat food. I only eat bad food once a week. do you think that i should still take hydroxycut? and when they say don't eat shit high in carbohydrates, they mean mostly sugars,right? Because I eat a lot of cereal that has no fat and is low in sugar and I use fat free skim milk and the cereal only has like 2 grams of sugar per serving but it says other carbohydrate 21 g. Is the other 21g bad carbohydrates to eat if you are trying to gain muscle and lose fat?
