you basically got to eat every 3 hours starting as soon as you get up. you can get away with 2-3 of them being meal replacements from GNC.
Bong recommended oatmeal for breakfast to me and it has been working for me. I eat some oatmeal and have a protein meal replacement shake.
for the other meals, this is what I usually eat:
2.tuna fish sandwich
3.another meal replacemt shake or bar
4.chicken (I get chicken mcnuggets or chicken strips from fast food restaurants almost every day)
5.peanut butter and jelly sandwich
6.meal replacement right before bed or tunafish sandwich
If you can eat as healthy as you can, but since it is already hard enough, the most important thing is to eat a lot.
