Competitive walking isn't a sport is it?

Race car drivers are more athletes than golfers are.

Golf is very boring to watch. It is ok to play. But people who take it all serious are pretty lame.

It is just a good walk wasted.

well since i dont consider poker a sport then no i dont beleiev they're athletes. poker is a game yes but i dont feel it's a sport no matter what it's considered. if someones good at the game connect four i wont consider them athletes either ya know. but golf is a sport no matter how un athletic it really is.

and i hate golf BTW

so an athlete is someone who plays organized sports. im an athlete u may be an athlete if u played. thats why the nfl stars are considered professional athletes because there making a living off it. i dunno thats just how i define it

Golf is the shit.

I don't understand why people don't appreciate a lot of sports on here... you don't have to follow it to appreciate it...

I don't follow hockey, but I understand why people like it, and how good the players are, and the skills they have...

nah id really rather go golfing. every time i go on go-karts, there is some middle aged fat redneck white fuckhead that is out there being a dick spinning people out and shit. fucking gay. with golfing, you can drink while you are out there and drive around and golf at the same time. its just more fun to me, because you arent supposed to be fucking around in the golf carts...my old boss fucking sank one into a lake one time lol.

im a golfer, I played last weekend, it was the first time since october though. I play almost every weekend in the summer. i grew up playing golf with my grandparents, and i played 3 years in High School. nothin beats wakin up sunday mornin hungover, and go hit the links with a 6-pack of bud light. You need alot of patience and anger management to play the game
