I honestly think that I lost out on money and cds, but I guess my e-mail transcript that I sent PayPal to send to his credit card company won me the case!! Sean, go get your head check because even PayPal and your credit card company think you're stupid as fuck!!!

LMAO. In case you were wondering why this freak always wanted all his CDs in mint/perfect condition, it's because this guy was dreaming of being the next big Ebay seller. He was stacking all this shit for a while and emailing amazon sellers telling them that the albums they are selling are super rare and they should jack up the price.
A few months ago he made his debut as a seller, and lets see how this worked out for him:

If you notice, there is one buyer that is in all those auctions (he also bid & won many other auctions that I didnt list, including the Vontel he was selling a while ago): mcalltx75. He has zero feedback, just registered from the U.S and only bids on this freaks auctions (Rap, Rock, anything). Basically our ol pal is shill biding his own auctions with another account. I know for a fact some people reported him, so now this freak makes his auctions private:
Lost In A Dream - REO Speedwagon (LOL, HE RELISTED IT).
He opened a new paypal account because his old one is closed. Not only because of what he did to JFL023, but because he fucked over paypal in another case.
I suggest people keep reporting his auctions on ebay so Ebay keeps closing them. This guy is a grade A freak, so he deserves everything he gets.

Congrats JFL023! I have yet to ever win a charge back case with Paypal! What in the hell did you have to do to convince them this guy was a fraud!?! I've sent scans of receipts with proof of delivery and they still were successful. Where has Sean Sean been at on these boards? I guess he disappeared....

I told PayPal that I would fully refund him if he sends all of the CDs back in their original condition. Paypal agreed with my end of the offer and requested for him to send my cds back with proof of delivery. They e-mailed him 9-10 times to send my shit back and he never did. He didn't even respond to PayPal's request! SMART GUY right?! On top of all of that, I provided PayPal with the e-mail conversation I had with him telling him over and over again to send my shit back and he will get a fully refunded. They took that e-mail and sent it to his credit card company, which gave them valid proof that he was scamming me. I want to see him try that chargeback shit again if he's even allowed to do it anymore! LOL!! I wonder if PayPal baned his ass from using their service. Dumbass Sean can you speak on it?!?! Hahahahaha............. BITCH!

Luckily I set my outlook express so that all deleted and sent e-mails to remain in their folders until I manually delete them permanently! I dug up my e-mail conversation with him and compiled it into one document.
