Scraper tail pipes

Yo, where can I get one of those scraper tail pipes? Not the whistletips, but the ones that sound all raspy when u gas it. They're usually rectangular.

I owe my cousin, so i think I'ma get him one for xmas. He drives a late 80s Buick Regal, so that shit goes hand in hand. Also, are they bolt-on or do they require welding?

yeah im pretty sure whistle tips get welded on. im not sure about the suction pipes, but somebody at my school got one and his shit sound hella clean when he smashin.
