my uncles homie got arrestted for sumthing like that, he got some homeless people a house and kept em on dope and shit....he would drop em off all over sac and just check his traps all day...it didnt last long though

hey damn man, i just encountered a homeless kid as well.

i guess his mom's boyfriend kicked him out, and he been living on the streets n shit, he actually went to my sisters middle school...

so i gave him 28 bucks, then i bought him junk food, water , etc. then a blanket, pillow and extra t-shirt and book out of my car. i just thought of it today that i could have rented him a motel room, even tho, ir eally don't know about any 24 hour motel places that are open around here, cause it was late when i met him ( i was just at a park n i asked to ride his bike n it went from there)

poor kid tho, but yeah so i'm tryin to figure out what's best, you see, i really don't like CPS cause they don't do that good of job, and there's already a case against his mom's abusive bf (why he doesn't wanna try to go back) he said being homeless was better than gettin his ass kicked by his mom's boxer boyfriend.

it broke my fuckin heart.

so yeah, i'm gonna call cps anyways and tell them that he CANNOT go back home, and that if i inform them as of where he is staying (cause his mom was trying to look like a good parent and put out a 'missing child' report, i know the manipulative type) but yeah...i'm glad you put light on this subject, its so sad, and i wish i could just be his foster mom, like, i would work my ass off to house him n feed him.

shit i've been thinking more and more about taking custody of that kid that i found, because i just took him to the children's shelter, and his mother is not even a fucking mom, she is staying with her abusive boyfriend and keeps kicking out the 14 year old boys because they stand up for their mom when she gets yelled at by her abusive boyfriend.

but yeah, he's a good kid tho, so sad he has to deal with psycho parents that don't want to be parents anymore.

hmm...anyone know foster care laws? cause i know the state gives you money for being a foster parent but you gotta get a licence huh?
damn, poor kid has no one buy his mom and his dad's in rehab. =/
