I gotta cousin thats a co for a private company prison/jail. They aint considered law enforcement cause they aint peace officers, they pretty much almost like security gaurds. But the cos that you see on them shows like lockup in california pens, those dudes are actually peace officers, same shit as cops on the street, they could carry guns even when they aint working.
but either way, even if rick ross was some kind of law enforcement or not doing that job, shits sure as hell questionable whether he did all the shit he says he did. And how come no one of his homeboys he grew up with in his city vouching or even discrediting him? He must of been a nobody in his own city if no one even knows him. Kind of like a sqaure ass dude in school no one knew about until they made it big.
