Rick Adelman Fired!

Im a Kings fan so i could speak first person and i agree with Tony206. At first I thought they should fire Adelman but after I seen how he held the team together I thought he should stay. Then Artest said he would play for free next year if the Kings resigned Bonzi and Adelman, so that's sayin somethin about the guy. But we got to roll with the future, maybe Terry Porter will coach us, unless they let Elston take over, which I doubt. Alls I know is we better give Bonzi whatever the hell he wants, he earned it.
i dont agree with this at all. they should have atleast given him a full season with artest. when they had the entire team together they did well. they won 25 of there last 36 games in the regular season and they gave the spurs a much harder time then most people expected. as far as hiring another coach, i dont see them finding anyone better. paul silas is available but i dont see him doing better than adelman. terry porter is available, but he used to be an assistant under adelman before he went to the bucks, so im sure he coaches similar to rick. also he played for him in portland. ive read that don nelson may be an option but i absolutely do not want that fucker running up and down the sidelines flipping out ! he's not much different than rick either. neither one of them are defensive coaches, which is what they need. i think the maloofs fucked up, but only time will tell.
You know how the NBA is these days, they want you to win a championship every season if you want to keep your job as a coach. Sacramento exceeded everybody's expectations this year by even makin the playoffs, so he did a good job. They probably wouldve got further next year with the way they started playin at the end of the season.
to all you so called "KING" Fans it was a great move to jook adleman! he has been here long enough and we aint won a championship! dude always waits to damn long to make changes! anyone who sits and watches the kings fall behind by 20 before he calls a time out or decides to put in someone off the bench has to go....he has done that shit for years! we shoulda fucced wit Byron Scott when he was already apart of our organization!

i know you a true kings fan cuze everything you said i agree with 110%. i liked adelman and he did coo but he was never great. and he lets teams make crazy runs before he wants to call a time out and slow the shit down you right completely. and yes brad miller better go. i don't ever want to see him in a kings uniform again. that foo looks heroined out all the time never looks like he is in the game. he looks like he has no confidence and he is the softest over-rated center in the game today. he'll have a game where he hits 7 3-pointers 15 rebounds yadaddadadada then the next game 2 points with 3 rebounds he is weak and needs to go now.
