I like Rick Adelman as coach. He used to coach when Clyde Drexler was on Portland. He led them to a 60+ season and he did it for Sac. He appeared in the NBA Finals twice with Portland. They just had to go head up with the Bad Boy Pistons and Mike Jordan in his prime. He's successful. I want to know who makes personnel decisions for the Kings? Why did they break up that team that took the Lakers to game 7 in overtime? The Kings had a squad with Christie, Peja, Webber,Bobby Jackson, etc... Bonzi Wells is a rida though....

Are you serious? Do you really have no clue why they went? I knew you didn't know much about basketball but damn!

Christie: getting too old
Peja: after getting what he wanted with Webber gone couldn't carry/lead the team and was injured a lot
Webber: never the same after the injury
Bobby: injured a lot as well, especially playoff time

I know more than you probably think. You gave a list of excuses as to why those players left.... but the fact is... that squad had chemistry. They gave the Lakers all they could handle in that series. I think if they wouldn't have been broken up they would have made a trip to the finals.

The same reason Rick Adelman is gone. They got just far enough to fail at the last second. Though the refs are to blame for their failure in that particular case (the 3 pointer they counted when the clock had clearly ran down before that fag got the shot off in one of those games, can't remember which).

Going to the playoffs and taking a team to ovetime in game 7 means nothing when you fail to win a championship over and over again..
