No, the winners should have full privileges to do whatever they please, even if it means turning the board pink. Even if it means banning me forever for coming up with this idea. Granted, you are going to ruin your siccness name if you ban everybody and the other mod could just unban everyone and then when you arent mods anymore the real mods could just ban the person who banned everybody. Ok, so let's open it up for discussion. We have quite awhile to find a freeware raffle drawer, and it is perfectly legal as long as we are not charging money. I think it'd also be cool to elect someone (coughemmacough), but the whole idea was to create something wholly unpredictable.
