How is waiver order determined?

What happens if a team picks him up and he doesn't want to be there like Buffalo or something? Do they just take his contract that was in place with the Vikings or is there negotiation that needs to take place?

Waiver claims are based on record.

Teams with the worst records get first claim. If Moss doesn't want to be there, tough titty to him. The only way for him to become an unrestricted free agent is if all 32 teams pass on claiming him. If that happens, the Vikings are responsible to pay him the remainder of his current contract.

Teams Adam Schefter reported were interested in him or need a WR include:

Buffalo Bills
Dallas Cowboys
Washington Redskins
Oakland Raiders
San Francisco 49ers
Miami Dolphins (to block Patriots/Jets from getting him)
New York Jets
New England Patriots

dallas needs a new o-line before they need another WR
Seriously.

And an O-line coordinator...and an offensive coordinator...and a defensive coordinator...and a head coach...and a GM...and a new owner.

It would be pretty dumb for a horrible team to claim Moss. It's known that he doesn't give 100% if it doesn't suit him.

He questioned Brads coaching and they cut him.....bullshit...

I still think Moss got it in him...he just wants a team that makes him part of the playbook and he'll give his 100%..
