Why wouldn't you? After all, they've betrayed you in the past and moved to LA before.

If the Niners left the Bay Area, I wouldn't have a team. There's no way I can root for another team and I wouldn't be able to bring myself to support a team that has betrayed me and moved away from its roots. I'm a SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS fan, not a [Insert City Here] 49ers fan.

At least Santa Clara is still in the Bay and they will still be the SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS if they have to move there. When it's all said and done, I have a feeling the new stadium will be in Hunters Point anyway.
would you still watch football? and in following years you might support a new team?

but this is one thing I can never understand about American Football teams, looking back at the history it seems alot of teams have relocated.. If I was a fan of many years, this would shit me to no extent. How can the fans let it happen? Powerless?

fuck it, Riot and burn it down, that would set a good example.

Hes done good no denying it he knows so much about the game thats it crazy but he is stuck with the same ideas hes had since he started and we need a change.....
The game has changed. The players are better, the schemes are better, everything's a lot faster. That's why I don't like when people bring up players that played before the 80s and try to say they are the greatest of all time at their position. Everybody's skill level is so much higher these days that those players might suck ass if they played in the modern NFL.

Point being Al Davis knew how to make things work when everything was inferior to today's NFL, and his shortcomings prove that. He thinks it's still the 70s and his techniques no longer work.

I'd still watch football, I love the game. But no, I wouldn't support another team.

There's nothing you can do with a product you do not own. The NFL has to OK the relocation, but as fans, there's nothing you can do.

Owner Al Davis claims ESPN "fabricated" a report that he's considering selling 10% of his stake in the Raiders.

Chris Mortensen, who Davis called a "professional liar" in September, gave the report Sunday. It said Davis may sell the 10% to C. Dean Metropoulos, who is thought to have interest in moving an NFL team to L.A. "Once again, for reasons known only to him, Mortensen has fabricated a story which has no basis in fact," a club official said. "Every facet of this story is dead wrong."

My cousin played for the raiders in the late 80's early 90's.......And thats why im a raider fan.......I understand i started as an L.A. Raider fan.......but if they go back Im done.........Man......It would be wierd being a fan of another team, but them moving to Oakland made it that much better.........If they leave fuck em......We've been through hell and back with this frachise.......If I cant drive to a game i'm not a fan(i understand i can drive 9 hours but im cool)........I support my local teams.........

If they leave they would be my most hated team...........On the other hand at least id become a 49er fan and their on the up and up.....
