I know a meeting would have to be well planned but I've seen meetings like this take place at a hugh park with tables and desks set up and everybody voicing their opinions and get shit in the open then moving forward.

I believe Clear Channel is more of the problem than any one station. Before de-regulation of radio stations Clear Channel owned something like 20 or so stations nationwide. After de-regulation they now own over 66% of ALL stations nationwide (about 1200 +). This is just top 40 or country, etc but all formats. Hopefully there is help on the way as a congressman whose name slips my mind right now, has started a investigation into Clear Channel.

KMEL and 94.9 are an embarassment to radio..I'm not a big fan of radio because of these stations..if you go on the East Coast or Down South, the radio is actually enjoyable to listen to

^uh, not really LOL. i live on the east coast and the radio here is fucking awful. only radio i actually listen to is talk radio, but i hear the shit they play on the urban stations and its the same garbage they play on MTV/BET. im also from the south and the only real difference down there is that they play **some** local music mixed in with the same mainstream bullshit everyone else plays. and the local shit they play aint the underground shit, its shit like Lil Flip and SPM.

Exactly Clear Channel is the corp blowing it big time. If you boycott, do it right. Set up a website, ill write the boycott up for you if someone else wont do it. Get stickers, put them on stopsigns, on walls, places where people can view them. Have a link to the website on the stickers. Pass out flyers. Throw shows. And make sure you get women's attention too.
