You gotta check the history before you speak like you know. First of all, Preme and his crew went down almost a decade before "Ghetto Qu'ran" came out. Everybody 50 named in that song was either already in jail or dead. All the info was already well known and handled.

Preme went down in 1987, got out in 1994/1995, violated a few times, got back out in 1997. From what I understand, 50 Cent said a little too much on "Ghetto Qu'ran" and he got shot for it. It wasn't until 2007 that Preme got his life sentence.

When Preme went down in 1987, he got minor drug and weapons charges because his lawyer convinced the judge that the warrant wasn't executed properly.
