A lot of cats would probably say Droop-E (sad to say).
But my vote goes to Rick Rock. He's producing for other artists outside the bay, and not a lot of Bay Area producers are getting that type of shine. And oh yeah, don't forget about shonuFF. He's one of the main reasons why the Team are recycling their songs.
