i just cut out all sweets, no fast food. started eating hella fruit and veggies, no soda, and eat two meals a day and do the lo carb thang, plus hit the precore machine 25-40 minutes each day. I dropped 30 lbs this first month, but ima big ass dood so its easier to drop quick, i aint been under 300 since i was 12, so im really tryn to get there YADDDAAA. Right now im at 328.. THE shit is making me feel so much better though, hella energy.. good luck to all yall out there tryn to the right thing for your bodies, the shit is so important to be healthy
