poultry allways has to be at least 180 degreest inside

so once my thermo jits 170 i take the foil off and let the skin crisp till it hit 180

FYI

Poultry needs to be 165

Safe Cooking
FSIS recommends cooking whole chicken to a safe minimum internal temperature of 165 °F as measured using a food thermometer. Check the internal temperature in the innermost part of the thigh and wing and the thickest part of the breast. For reasons of personal preference, consumers may choose to cook poultry to higher temperatures.

Try adding some salt to your apple juice soak to make the meat moister by increasing the temperature at which the cells burst

LOL some of yall mamas food looks very underseasoned, pink ass turkeys! Cheeto your shit looks BOMB! I thought you fried that turkey until I read your recipe. How can you keep poultry good for three days to inject it? You and Cold Blooded had a good one this year. Don't use that white people shit either as an excuse because white people down south and in the midwest get down.

I didn't take a pic of anything because I am in the middle of moving and don't know where my camera is, but I made:

Greens
Mac N Cheese
Dressing
Green Bean Casserole (sue me, I'm white)
Mashed Potatos N Gravy
White and Wheat Rolls (not from scratch this year, but I usually do)
Mini Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecakes
Oreo Truffles
Apple Pie (from scratch, of course)

and my dad deep fried the best turkey I ever had at the bar. Too bad by the time the turkey was done, him and my brother were hammered, and we really didnt have Thanksgiving dinner til friday! LMAO!
