I was just wondering...anyone else be on this...my boy be makin major money damn near everytime he goes online to play them....i think one time in a month he made a good $1500...He got me tryna refresh my skills and get up on it too...

One of the reasons why i bring this up is kuz on PartyPoker.com...thats the one i use...you can set up private rooms and shit, i was thinking that it'd be koo as sin if SICNESS maybe like once or twice a month set up sumthin where all the siccness members could play in a tourney and the winners could win shit from the SiccShop and maybe even some cash prizes or sumthin...i mean, its free and a lot of ppl play...im playin No Limit Hold'em a lot myself...
I dont know...hopefully someone from siccness will see this and think its a good idea!!

thats what im tryna do to...just playin those "play money" games...bin doin koo...comin up most the time...as soon as i think i'm ready ima put real money into it...

as soon as you learn the game, if you can put money down and get on the real money tables. the play money shit is completely different from the real money. i dont play high stakes at all just a few cheap 5 er 10 buck sit and go's. ultimatebet is a quality site. fulltilt and bodog have some complete fucking idiots on theres. but once you learn the game atleast go play some 5 cent 10 cent shit cuz the play money is just dumbass heaven.

and sticks comment about reading is what i thought at first too, but its not that at all. you become extremely better at reading betting patterns, time taken, noticing tendencies.

tournaments are extremely fun, i cashed in at like 4th in a 600 person, took down bout 200 bucks. fun shit tho, i put 50 bucks into ultimate bet and havent had to redeposit since.

if you are a poker player, whether it is holdem omaha or stud, get on a site, its extremely fun.

yeah i used to play alot last summer, i was good at it too... my bros friend was at the world poker tour competition and I managed to beat him... but i havent been up on that lately....

im waiting for a tourney to start rignt now. I play on Pokerroom.com. I usally never win, I just play to play. I only spend 20 bucks. I would rather play online because its no limit, plus I can smoke while I play.

ehh it aint the same playin online as it is playin in person...it eliminates a huge factor of poker. a good player doesnt play off the cards he/she has, but off the cards their opponents have.
