Photography Tips? Night Shots?

couple new ones, better but still not getting the results i'd like, anybody recommend external flash? I have just the regular flash, all tips/criticizm welcome

you dont wanna use a flash in night shots unless you are bouncing light off of something or behind something.dont use a flash period if you arent doing that.

most of these were taken before i knew how to edit.so a few none and a few very minimal
