There are too many like this even those who say they been fans for years still can't understand the strategies and concepts, most get a better understanding when they play the game but even then still won't get it.

I seen this first hand when I went to a Youth Football game for my cousin, the coaches who volunteered had no idea wtf they were doing, they had a good team too but didn't know how to use there weapons, doing only hitting drills and running plays without offensive line routes (O-line was just pass blocking on every play). They were running finesse running plays with big powerful guys on the line that aren't as fast to get to the next level.

Moral of the story don't volunteer to coach unless you know wtf your doing. Retards are just hurting the team by having there kids play first even though they have shit for talent just like there Coach dad.

Man I had to go through this BS when my son first signed up for pop warner... positions were already handed out before they even practiced. My son had the best hands on the team but the coach didn't give him a shot to play because his grandson had his position already set even though he would drop passe(s) repeadetly in practice while my son was blocking. My son even volunteered to run a quick slant when nobody else volunteered. He caught the ball in stride with his "hands" not like DHB and they still put him on the offensive line.
