ha, same here...........But what i never understood is i didnt feel any pain until the following day....ah well what's done is done. Need to focus on this "tennis elbow" thing so i can get back to my workouts.....Thinking of cycling on some Animal Stak when i go back anybody ever try Animal products before?!??!!??!
just started Animal Pump about a week and a half or 2 weeks ago... shit is legit

best supplement I've used personally

Cool........my brother in law has tried that pump to and swears by all animal products just wanted to get an outside (other) opinion.......I'll probably try that MStak 1st since im losing a little bit of muscle mass then cycle on Stak. Another product that is real solid from my experience is that super pump 250 from Gaspari...Real solid Supplement, gave me hella energy and a real nice pump.

i tried this shit i got from GNC called ARSON by Muscle Asylum Project.. its a fat burner.. i stopped using it for a minute though because i started using a colon cleanser, i recommend a colon cleanser tho cleans out your system and shit, literally.

my boy said he had some mainy ass shits when he was usin colon clenser... heard it helps though

some people will have some long ass worm-like shits and thats what it is.. a bunch of worms that were inside of you.. i didnt however which is a good thing.. just means i didnt have much garbage inside, even lost a couple pounds. Thing is the program i took was a month long, others are a day or a couple weeks.

i ask them to work in with them or ask them when they gonna be done and stand their kinda let them know im still thier waiting , or if they doin curls in the squat rack i ask them to leave so i can squat cuz thats what it's for squats not no fuckin curls
lol. On days I lift heavy for my biceps (2-5 reps per set) I'm that asshole up in the squat rack curling. I just like to have the bars to drop it on you know?

Man, supersets will have your shit hella pumped. Or even tri-sets for that matter. But to really get that good pump on your bi's , you gotta go a little lighter for 14-22 reps or to failure. For some good workouts go Bodybuilding,com, it's got all kinds of different types depending on what ur looking to do in the gym.

well since u brought up shoulders i did fuck up my shoulder a while back while doing bench press (went too far down or something...too much weight?!!) Shit has never healed right i cant seem to go as far down on the bench pressing anymore without some pain so i stop about 80% of the way down.........With that said i got really bad tennis elbow cant even pick up a gallon (or half gallon) of water with out intense pain....Been icing and taking 3 advil every 8hrs for a while now and my Dr. said if no progress by the end of march i need a cortison(sp?) shot....
try tucking your elbows in like a powerlifter , or use dumbells or floor press forgod sake stop that half ass shit you'er doin !!!!! lol get your hands on motrins that shit is great 400mg to 800mg , also supplementing with fish oil also light weight helps with inflammation (omega 3 fatt acids do that) also glucosomine n chondroitin. cut down on high fat meats the omega 6's can cause inflammation

smith machine ? when was the last time they had a powerlifting meet with a machine , ? 2-5 reps for curls even tho that might be heavy for curls its not relatively for squats and you might mess your elbows up oh well. unless you'er curling 135 stay out of the squat rack .


NOS and thos pump products are a ripp off , its basically caffiene , the amino acid arginine , and creatine . you can buy all 3 of those products seperately at a cheaper price , stop it stop buyin that shit

good advice duke....but the tennis elbow is exactly where it states on the "elbow".......Advil is the same as motrin/ibprofin. The shoulder is what bothers me when i do pressing movements w/barbells......I use more dumbbells now which im fine with can limit pain as compared to doing bench press w/barbell......Just thought i would elaborate on my situation. I used to supplement w/fish oil after reading your post i will start again even though i am currently not going to a gym.

but if you care about your health its worth it.. got alot of good ratings, and it gets my 5 star rating even though i was skeptical at first but it really does clean you up. Plus it comes with a tea you drink right before bed and it helps with bowel movements the following morning.

Most of these products arent predictable when you will have to go to the bathroom, this one its in the morning usually.

Can u get that colonix product in GNC or is it an online only product ? I'm trying to lose about 80 lbs by august, is there a protein shake I can drink that has all the nutrients without the fat alot of these other products have ? Is there a protein shake that helps with loosing weight ? Any help is appreciated..

i got it straight from their website, i dont go to GNC alot but i know they got other colon products. If you wanna lose weight start doing alot of exercise, because protein shakes are more for muscle recovery/body building but id still recommend because it helps bones and skin as well. Try spinning, that shit helps burn alot of calories.. hop on a bike and pedal around for an hour or so.. try swimming.. something where you can do intensity in intervals.. like pedal fast for a couple minutes then at a moderate pace.

oh and also theres 2 types of fat.. good fat and bad fat.. the one in protein shakes is the good kind, you gotta watch out for trans fats and saturated fats.. you need some fat in your diet/meal every day.

Healhty fats are polyunsaturated and monounsaturated....... Regular fat is also a necessity to a minimum of course........i'll be taking that product u recommended soon thx discuss
