yeah i wouldnt rely on machines since they dont have natural motions.. but i guess its good for now.. i'd get a squat rack as soon as i came up on some $$, if you're looking to get strong squats will definitely help.

you have to buy all of their equipment in order for it to work? seems like alot of money to me, for what you get...
nah, you aint really gotta have much for p90x. U can get some bands (which work just like bells) for bout 20-30 bucks. thats pretty much all u need. oh, and something to do pullups in. The workouts are intense though, specially the plyo. and the diet is not bad either, u eat like 5-6 times a day lol...

The principles behind the program are sound. you just gotta have certain equipment at your house to do it, and you need to buy the right food so you can stick to the diet plan.

I was there today and there was about 3 people on weights... I mean it was 10:00 on Sunday...so most people are hungover or in Church... but still

P90X is the truth, it really works if your commited to it (just like any other program) it works because your doin somthing different so you never get tired of the same ol thing, i strongly reccomend it

I hate when gayass muthafuckers be on the phone and posting the fuck up on the bench and never lifting any weights. I'm there for business and need to keep moving. They just opened a Super Sport in SJ, It's too expensive for most cats, s their ain't no wait. But yeah that P90x shit looks legit. They should play it on the T.V's @ 24.
Totally off topic, but I hate it when the mami's cover their asses with their sweaters. Hella weak move, I want to see cheeks bouncing on the treadmills and sweaty moose knuckles.

ive been thinking of upgrading to super sport.. i heard its big they opened another one in san mateo, got a basketball court and shit. And alot of people tell me its never crowded.

That shit is hella sick. Hoops and swimming pools. They even have towel service and shit.
The Magic Johnson 24 in San Diego is better tho, just no towels. I got upgraded for an extra $ 10 a month, hella cheap. They have the fresh out the box equipment and shit.
Word to the hoes who don't wear sports bras and sport the ak bullet nips.

like focusing on biceps more than twice a week?

I work them once a week... and I don't even do that much

I work my biceps enough when I do back exercises... I hit my back hard... then just kill biceps with like 3 exercises after that when they're already fatigued

I got my shit broken down to 4 days a week:

Legs, Core
Chest, Tris
Delts, traps, core
Back, bis, and a little forearms


........had the same workout plan until i stopped going to the gym. 1st my son being born and now tendinitis is keeping me from going back. Need to start going back tho, losing mucsle mass and getting really really lazy....thnx XBox

I fucked up my rotator cuff a while back... shit was a bitch... still lightweight fucked up

well since u brought up shoulders i did fuck up my shoulder a while back while doing bench press (went too far down or something...too much weight?!!) Shit has never healed right i cant seem to go as far down on the bench pressing anymore without some pain so i stop about 80% of the way down.........With that said i got really bad tennis elbow cant even pick up a gallon (or half gallon) of water with out intense pain....Been icing and taking 3 advil every 8hrs for a while now and my Dr. said if no progress by the end of march i need a cortison(sp?) shot....

yeah I did the same thing on the bench press

I benched when my shoulders weren't fully recovered... just a dumb ass mistake I did when I was less knowledgeable

took me 3 months till I was able to get back on the weights... and every now and then I tweak it and have to stay outta the gym for a couple weeks or so

to this day I still don't even do barbell bench press... I just feel too much pressure on my shoulder every time I do

sucks because I can't hit my pecs like I would like to... gotta fuck with machines and a lot of dumb bells

ha, same here...........But what i never understood is i didnt feel any pain until the following day....ah well what's done is done. Need to focus on this "tennis elbow" thing so i can get back to my workouts.....Thinking of cycling on some Animal Stak when i go back anybody ever try Animal products before?!??!!??!
