like focusing on biceps more than twice a week?
I work them once a week... and I don't even do that much
I work my biceps enough when I do back exercises... I hit my back hard... then just kill biceps with like 3 exercises after that when they're already fatigued
I got my shit broken down to 4 days a week:
Legs, Core
Chest, Tris
Delts, traps, core
Back, bis, and a little forearms
