anyone on this workout program? im thinkin about trying it.. alot of athletes are on it like Barry Zito and Brian Wilson from the SF Giants.

i need a better reason than strength to get back to the gym.

its basically different workouts you're supposed to do random workouts and 'confuse' your muscles so they never really peak/plateau you just keep getting ripped and stronger,

I just do my own workout... I don't even follow workout plans

I always thought about it... but said fuck it... I like doin what I do

true, but most people work out their biceps more than 2x a week and thats bad because biceps are a small muscle and if you overwork it it could lead to injury or fucked up looking.

I work them once a week... and I don't even do that much

I work my biceps enough when I do back exercises... I hit my back hard... then just kill biceps with like 3 exercises after that when they're already fatigued

I got my shit broken down to 4 days a week:

Legs, Core
Chest, Tris
Delts, traps, core
Back, bis, and a little forearms

I'm on it or was it on it... I'm trying to get back to using it. It really does work but you have to be committed every day.

Since each work out works out different muscles each day my ass was dying by the 4th day, and since the type of work I do is physical it's hard to keep up but it's worth the try.

I'm tryna look fit for summer

yeah like one day just biceps isolated, and any other day a workout that incorporates the biceps too.

if i were to do a body building split i'd do chest n bis , n do back with abs , shoulders tris, legs/lowerback . kinda like a push pull thing , also you'er hittin your tris 2 times a week when you do military's for shoulders

nah make use of what you got.. i like going to the gym and all but the only thing i hate is when its crowded and people put their weights on the bars but never do any reps.. ive been leaning towards using my garage space for a gym but its not that big.

I just started getting into working out so I'm pretty much a beginer myself. I'm 5'8 and weigh 155 lbs. I'm not a fat ass just weak. I smoked ciggs half my life and was in desperate need of a lifestyle change. I picked up a bioforce off of craigslist for cheap, bought a personal trainer for my mountain bike, and use a set of 25 lbs. dumbbells. I am by no means trying to get to body builder status just looking to get toned and in shape. look on craigslist for stuff. I didn't feel comfortable working out at the gym, don't have the time or money so I do all my shit at home and love it. maybe I'll sell the bioforce someday and get a power rack.....but for now this will have to do.

i ask them to work in with them or ask them when they gonna be done and stand their kinda let them know im still thier waiting , or if they doin curls in the squat rack i ask them to leave so i can squat cuz thats what it's for squats not no fuckin curls
