Shit U really backward. There whas 10s of thousands of Crips in los angeles only..so u really think that they all became Crips at the same time? Lemme tel u that thats not the case..or they all should call themselves avenue Cribs.lol. Shit.. they been expanding since the 70's..all the way to EU..its a small world. Its like 1+1=2.. is that so hard to understand?
Maybe a true blue OG locc from a cali crip set put it down over there, on some gang expansion mission. Holland is fuckin handy place to have gang ties if ur a crip.. $$$$
Like them 2 bloods from L.A when they went to NJ and just made a set outta nothin, and from there they created a fuckin monster spreadin thru NY.. I forget names, places, stretches for the worst of em but that shit was real.
But sadly, like you said, you do get these plastic ass gangstas who just young, confused, angry & see snoop bangin & they wanna do it.. Fuck, somewhere in London there's crip sets. Pubescent white boys and shit who got no identity are in these said sets.

^^ This one guy on the east, who mimic'd what he learnt did it very well then. He created a criminal underbelly through his creation and recruitment of/for different blood sets whilst in the pen.
You would agree though, get yourself one charasmatic, lunatic homicidal intelligent dude and he will have the ability to start a feared and organized criminal network under the pretense of another gang..
