I don't want to help this walking toolbox out, but I was doing street promo when I was about 14. I don't know about 12... I was too busy not being a douchebag to know what Nate was up to at that age. And by "not being a douchebag", I mean fucking Nate's baby-mamma.

Sounds like when you take a breath you need to open your mouth cause that "SHHH" shit is annoying...could be cool if it was every once in a while, to accent a stand out line...but naugh not close.
You don't have very much energy in your flow and your voice has no "umph" to it...don't know how to explain, but the way you present your lyrics makes it very obvious to me that it's 100% fiction (Not saying it is per-se but it sounds like it) Maybe you just need practice? Ionno...I think if you REALLY tried you could be decent. And if you're really serious about this shit, you need to step it up and hit the studio everyday.
Your flow sounds like you're trying waaaay too hard to hit with the snare, dragin out words an shit...sounds very far from natural. Reminds me of some Norte rap...which aint a good thing. Do you just write your lyrics then bring a note pad in the booth? If so try memorizing your shit and while you're memorizing it keep practicing each verse to make sure you deliver it in the best way that you can...cause (To me at least?) delivery is just as, if not more important that lyrics.

And if you need some dark beats get at me...but you gotta step it up first...spend a week or so on a song...then get high as fuck and listen to it for an hour, thinking, "How can this be better" and physically take notes...perfect your craft...
