Have some confidence in your squad is the point I am trying to make. If another Raider fan thinks we're going to win 13 or 14 games so be it. Who are you to say the Raiders won't win that many games? Scared men don't win! If the Raider players went out with the mentality that you have we would have a repeat of last year's 2-14 record homeboy!

I played high school football and basketball. 4 year starter on basketball on the varsity squad, 3 year on football. What does this have to do with you? I'm a person who hates to lose. I'm a winner. I want my team to want to win as bad as I do. You think I LIKE losing? Some of you have gotten USED to losing; not me. I'll never accept it. That's why I'm so hard on my squad; I want and FUCKING EXPECT better. Management should step up. Like I said before; it's mainly the brass, not the players. PERIOD. We have some schmucks on our team; who doesn't? But we have a lot of talent. Yet...we can't get those last pieces to begin the rebuilding process. Why? Because Mr. Davis is stuck in the 70's, in love with Heisman winners, and thinks speed and athletic ability is ALL you need in this league.
