I posted some good teriyaki recipes, lemme see if I can find them.

They MIGHT be in this thread, or the Den Mother thread. I use them for party wings all the time.

my pops make the best chicken wings EVAAR... hands down... I dunno the recipe... but if I find out I'll let you know

his main ones are just traditional... he uses either Crystal or Franks Red Hot Sauce

but he also laces up some jerk chicken, jalapeno flavor, honey bbq... terriyaki... I forget what else

he makes them hella good though... kinda crispy but not too crispy so they're overcooked... like you know how the skin gets lightweight chewy sometimes... naaa ahhh... these are perfect... damn now I'm hungry

on page 5 of this thread:

There are 2 good ways to make teryaki chicken without bbq it.

In the oven or crock pot- put the chicken in a baking dish, cover it tight with aluminum foil, season to taste, bake it on 250 for about hour and half. Take it out, pour teryaki sauce on it, and bake it for at least another hour.

In a frying pan- melt REAL butter in a frying pan, brown a little garlic in the butter. Add your chicken and teryaki sauce. I also chop up green onions and put it over the chicken. Put a lid on the pan, and let it simmer for at least 45 minutes.
