as far as im concerned, tijuana mexico is part of socal, hence 'baja california'. we have access to it, peopel live in tijuana and work in sd every day..then go back to tj, and vice versa

theres really no difference between tijuanas border and san diego than yall hitting the toll bridge on the 680.

but honestly this has little to do with anything. you dont own the acres of weed grown, and either do i. nor do either of us have the access to know who is growing what in cities that house several million plus people who have access to another country (excluding where you live)

Is there an area in Socal where you can get $20-$25 eighths of chronic and $200 zips of chronic all day everyday? And I mean WITHOUT a legit connection, just by asking around and finding a random person you'll get somewhere around these prices. With a connection, people give weed away here like it's nothing.
