It was a real noose like a 6' section of rope hanging from the ceiling of the warehouse I work in.

I'd be more concerned if I found the noose holding a coworker by his or her neck. if it aint then someone is a chicken shit and wouldn't say what he or she means by bringing a noose to work.

I wouldn't give the noose power by acting like ur scared to go to work because of it.

I may be wrong but it looks as though it is law in California that states that this is a hate crime, it was passed this yr.
