yeah thats that "sleep paralysis" it usually happens when u sleep on your back, sometimes i forget about it and fall asleep on my back and have them dreams where u damn near gotta he-man your way out of em
i also heard that if u eat before u sleep youre more likely to have dreams because your bodys hella active tryna digest the food or some shit

I've had that sleep paralysis happen before... shit was crazy
I never noticed if it happens when I sleep on my back... but maybe it is... I usually sleep on my side or stomach though
but anyone ever wake up in the middle of the night and hella trip over some little ass thing?
a few weeks ago my cell phone was right next to me when I was sleeping... it rang hella loud at like 3:30 am... I just reached over still half asleep and cleared the call without looking, then a minute later it rang again... this time I kinda woke up a little more... it was a private number, I didn't answer it... but I started trippin the fuck out... I turned my phone off and hella though somebody was plotting on me... all paranoid and shit just laying there... thinkin I was hearing hella shit outside my room
turns out my boy was just drunk and bored and wanted to fuck with me
another time I woke up in the middle of the night after a nightmare... and I could have sworn I heard a little girl singing the ABC's somewhere in the house... and then heard some shit banging int he kitchen
your mind plays hella tricks on you when you sleep... shit's crazy

^ It's a normal thing, but not everyone with sleep paralysis gets hallucinations. I,unfortunately, have them almost every time.
Imagine them really bad dreams where you wake up and thank god it isn't real.......except waking up to that shit in your room and cant move...

oh and another thing i forgot to add...its weird lately ive been having dreams where it feels like im tryin hard to prevent my shit from coming out my ass cause i still have my pants on but it still comes out, and by the time i wake up it feels real and shit but its really only cause i have a wedgie..shits a trip sometimes
