Thats weird because whenever i sleep facing up i get nightmares too.
Its even funny that you bring it up because last night i woke up in the middle of the night and my eyes were open but i couldnt move.
I literally felt someone leaning on me. After a couple minutes i manage to move my feet and felt a leg. I couldnt move for a few minutes so i started getting mad and all of the sudden it was gone. Crazy shit!
i get the dreams where im jumping off a building or cliff, my whole body jumps some how and it wakes me up..
has anyone ever had dreams where you feel like youre awake? with you able to see around you. kind of like if your spirit leaves your body or some shit..

I've never had sleep paralysis and I don't have nighmares that often. I almost always have lucid dreams though so I think that's why I don't have them.
