You and I both know, 99 percent of the people who sign up for the military are stupid. Everyone and their mom knows that shit. Even when I was a hardcore USA supporting Republican, I knew that the majority of the people in the military lack mental faculties. I have respect for you who signed up out of an honest wish to help/protect our country, but the Iraq war is doing the exact opposite. I have been participating in alot of discussions online and off. I'm actually registering to vote (yes, it's all pointless, blah blah), I plan on illegally distributing the next michael moore movie when it comes out, mainly I'm hindered by the fact I got no car at this moment, but once I get to my new place probly downtown, there's alot of groups that I can and will get involved in. Right now I'm miles from civilization, in a sorry ass town called Pacifica, and on the weekends I'm in sorry ass San Bruno...once I get back to the city I plan on getting alot more involved. If you carless out here, you done for. At least in the city you got public transportation that will get u places.
I got nothin but love for y'all soldiers out there dealing with bullshit every day. But if Iraq didn't cause 9/11, which they didn't, and they have nothing to do with modern terrorists, which they didn't, why did we invade? Now Iraq is full of terrorists. Now Iraq sees Terrorism. Before there was none. Saddam was a terrible ruler but so is Kim Jong Il, so are half the leaders in Africa, and in a lesser way, in my opinion, so is Putin.
The war in Afghanistan I support, since we were actually after Al-Qaeda. Iraq I think is a shit sandwich that now we all gotta eat, and it ain't gonna taste good. I think that Terrorism will increase because of it. But you know what, at least the Iraqi people don't have to deal with Saddam anymore. That's one definite positive that this war brought about. But I really feel that all troops should be brought home...that's how I support the troops. I feel that y'all need to come back and deal with real shit, not wars invented by Bush. The real fight is with Al-Qaeda, not Saddam Hussein, or Kim Jong Il, or any other foreign leader who *might* have some small capability of producing nuclear weapons.

Us SOLDIERS have rules and regulations the tend to war crimes that are enforced daily. We have a rules of engagement that if not carried out correctly we as SOLDIERS will suffer and i do mean suffer the consequences. What those soldiers did was immoral and wrong in the militaries eyes regardless of Bushs' plans. Thats why they will be tried and sentenced just like they are iraqis. POW get treated better than soldiers do in most cases. Thats why in the first time we were here they left them and came to us. The fack that americans are looking for a reason to hurt the government will in turn hurt the people that didnt matter to the situation. Like my soldiers and I. Hopefully yall can get one person instead of misfireing and hittin the soldiers out here who have no choice.
