New couches?

I just moved to a new spot and have no couches. I'm using my old twin size bed lol. Any suggestions on good deals? Im thinking about fucking with some futon shit like this for $150:

I have a pretty big living room though (for me anyways) at 11x19 so this wont do alone. I'll need something bigger to go with it and today I'm going to get a coffee table and an end table or 2 from IKEA. If it helps I'm a minimalist, I like basic, clean shit.

I moved into a new apartment a few months ago and was in the same situation. In the apartment complex I live in, people were throwin away hella couches and I picked up like 2 loveseats and one 3 person couch. They aren't too bad with a good clean. And they were free ninety-nine.

Your gonna pay on a couch for 5 years dawg? Man that is wild. That shit will be beat the fuck down in 5 years. You are 10 times better off going to the flea market or swap meet to get one. Or even the good will. They clean that shit hella good before selling it.

I didnt have anything in my apartment but the beds and dressers.. and not havin' a huge income I went to one of the Rent-a-Center type places and paid on a couch for like 18 months- I dont remember what I paid per month anymore but I know I paid over $1000 for a $300 couch.. lol..

When I finally replaced it with what I have now.. I practically had my shit wrapped in saran wrap to keep my kids from fuckin' it up... I've had the couch I have now for a couple years and I still keep it covered...

I'm waiting until these boys are grown.. then its ON.. :cheeky:

Shit, don't knock that rent-a-center shit....for a mere $63 a week, we got a big screen, entertainment center, dope couch/loveseat, end tables and coffee table, and a stereo with surround sound. My hubby will probably be payin on it for another 3 years, but after that, ITS ALL OURS!!!
