if tech wants to be mainstrean and all that then he should keep his hair as it is IMO. i can care less obviously but alot of ppl wont listen to ur shit unless u appeal to them and the red hair scares alot of "normal" ppl off. as for the other fans they are already into tech's shit hair or no hair already so he wont lose them from not getting it back and might gain more by keepin his hair the way it is. well thats how i see it
alright so in urban radio in the ville we have 2 main categories
the club banger track with zero content and heavy base
and the backpack rap songs from artist that will put you to sleep before the track ends
if thats what it takes to be a mainstream success id hate to see tech dro to that level
to me tech has always been the perfect combnination of flow and lyrical content
regardless if he has a more hood style or more rock style as long as he keeps up that combo he will be one of my favorites

I understand that Tech would like more black people at his shows but to me money is money. No matter who it comes from. The reason he isn't in mainstream rap is b/c he has more to say than just listing all of the bling and all that bullshit he has. He is just years and years ahead of where mainstream rap is right now. It will take awhile but you will see him on bet and mtv eventually when the rest of the game catches up with him. Look how long it took people like 3 6 mafia, UGK, and E-40 to fit their way into the mainstream.

Besides, have you seen any pictures recently? It looks a little longer than what it did for the Bout 'ta Bubble video shoot, but it's pretty much stayed the same for nine months now.
Black people in general don't make up much of the audience at rap concerts anyway. Prices are hella high & they put 'em way out in tha Boonies so that they keep the "undesirables" as they call it, away... The closest Tech show I can get 2 would usually be in Petaluma or sumthin which I would never wanna go 2, as much as I luv Tech.
I dont know what all the fuss is about!!! I understand Tech is pissed that black folks dont show up to his shows, but who cares who shows up as long as the shows sells out? I know it aint all about the money and shit but damn, If some non shower taking make up wairing crossdressing midgets is buying tickets and paying the bills then bring em in!! The way I look at it the reason for low black attendence at Tech shows is because most people dont understand Tech or what he's trying to do. The face paint does put up a barrier for thoes who are just "glancing in" but for those that stay and listen they realize thats not what he's all about.
My suggestion for tech on his message to this black man is to keep making fire ass tracks and eventualy everyone will come. Black white mexican asian whatever!!! He's been doing it for years and I hope he keeps bringing it...

soon as he stops doin shows with juggalos and kottonmouth kings, he might have a fan bases, just about everyone at the mokena concert was white but a couple my friends, and almost all them showed up for the kk, i actually think there garbage, and im sure black people just look at it as white suburban shit and tech gets rapped up as a suburban artist, so white folk show up to concerts no black.
Yea I was at the Mokena show too and just like the House of Blues show in Chicago, crowd was mainly white. I really dont get it though, every video I seen or whatever, crowd is white and all that.. But I dont get why there arent as many black listeners. I mean what the hell for real? So what dude spikes his hear when he wants and wears face paint. Like there arent other rappers that do stuff to. I forgot i think his name was Slo Down. From the St. Lunatics. He didnt rap or nothin, but he wore a mask covering half his face. Whered that come from? but people still listen. Tech got real stuff, gangsta stuff whatever.. He'l talk about the pain being on the road and not being able to see his family, instead of the ONLY play it hard approach. Like "nothing can phaze me"and all that blah blah bullshit. Tech has hard songs and he has others.. tech talks real. I dont understand why not as many blacks are into tech as much. I think mainly cuz the media. People listen to the radio and watch TV too much. No one understands what real music is no more. 50 Cent and rappers like him, will talk about their gangsta and no one can compare to them and everything. Tech will rap about that BUT he aint afraid to throw in tracks about Pain. Poeple need to learn waht real music is and stop listning to this industry bullshit.. Il stop cuz one time I wrote 3 pages on the industry and i wont get into that again. But i just dont get it and it doesnt make sense to me why Tech's music appeals more to some then others
