Why does everyone worry about the black fanbases? i know that the two main demographics are predominatley black or white, but there are some of us in betweens, and i ain't talkin about mexicans. I'm talkin about us Natives. in Oklahoma, there isn't one Native that doesn't like some Tech. Shit even Tech says it in one of his songs. He says thats he's got whites, natives, mexaicans, and blacks with him. At least he knows that the Natives support him. In OKC and Tulsa, the shows are predominatley Native.

He could pull of some of that "King, Clown and the G" shit....each section with a different sound...id like that

I like that idea for a future "The Best of..." type album. Take the best songs that embrace each one, and put them on a CD. Sell it all together, or as three separate releases. Although, it would probably do better as one big release.

Oh, one other thing.... I mentioned the thing about painting his face earlier in the thread. I personally don't care, because I'm going to like his music for what it is and not be all concerned with his image. I am solely thinking of the publics view. He paints his face for the shows, so that's not too bad anyway.

I think the best thing he ever did for his image was get rid of the red hair. Again, I don't mind it, but that was the image he was putting out to everybody in mainstream America, and while he's not trying to fit in necessarily with that crowd, he was causing others to "judge the book by the cover." Not fair, but he needed folks to take him a bit more seriously. He says he cut it because it was falling out, and while I don't doubt that's why he did it, I also think it was very good timing.

i still havent seen a black juggalo
I'm a black juggalo. Well, I've been a hip-hop head since the age of 12, and I still love all aspects of rap...but I've been into the Psychopathic shit for 10 years now. I don't apologize for it either, but it can suck being one of the VERY few blacks at a Tech show in Chicago. This is a town where the fast rapping style is embraced and utilized fully by both artists and fans, yet these people still don't give Tech that kind of love (or even know who the hell he is). :ermm:

One of the biggest reasons black people dont come to Tech shows is not because they dont like Tech so much, but they know the type of people that show up to Tech shows, all those fuckin juggalo rocker shits that go 2 see PDM and shit like that. Black people dont mosh and rock around all like that, they like to just chill and bang to the music.. there would be a lot more fights if alot of black people were to come to Tech shows all the time.

Its the crowd that keeps black fans away, not Tech so much...

The only people that enjoy juggalos at these concerts are other fuckin juggalos. They piss everyone else off thats around them and ruine shows for other people. I understand Tech havin love for everyone n shit, but if he really wants to know why Blacks and even alot of regular people in general dont go, is because of the crowd. Call them pussies or whatever you want, it aint even about that, but most fans would like to just go 2 a concert and not have to worry about 30 fuckin white guys with their shirts off smelling like shit who just took 40 fuckin acid rips jumpin up and down all over them... Sorry tech, not appealing to most people...

at least somebody is supporting Tech in big numbers though. In actuality the people Tech came out to please turned their backs on him, check the T9X DVD. Dont get it twisted, there's plenty of black fans that had a chance to embrace and support Tech as an artist.

If ya'll wanted just your friends at the shows, Tech would've never left KC.

The most black folks I ever seen at a Tech show was at Harpo's in Detroit... straight hood cats that just lived around the corner and heard a rapper was coming through. I'm sure he picked up a few more black fans that night.

I could really care less though... I love rock music, but the shit Tech has along with him just isn't something I can groove with.

Noone ever said anything about that. Its just the fact that, most blacks and alot of just general rap friends dont go 2 rap concerts to mosh and head bang. That what they have Ozzfest n shit like that for. Go 2 concerts like 50 cent, The Game, Luda, Snoop, Dre. Any of those people... ALOT of black people, just giggin and vibin to the music, yeah of course people get pushed around a lil bit, but there arent guys who purposely throw themselves into people and have complete disregaurd for everyone around them. Which is exactly what you have at all Tech concerts for the most part. Which is why the majority of Tech fans dont like to go 2 Tech concerts. Cuz they enjoy his music, but not his crowd. Over 90% of the people I know that like Tech dont go 2 his shows simply because of that fact... And thats prob 90% of the reason Tech has that problem everywhere else he goes...

If he was to do a whole tour with nothing but dope ass MC's (Bone Thugz, DMX, E40 ect.) they would sell out hundreds of places at alot bigger venues... Real shit I like his label for the most part, but they arent takin him anywhere anytime soon. ESPECIALLY PDM
