Yea, racism is the last resort when you get your feelings hurt and have no other way to dish out the pain, some people can't accept reality and turn things like Boxing events into wars due to low self esteem.... I guess De La Hoya losing on May 5th was a slap in the face..

What is "African" culture? There's like thousands of different ethnicities there who speak different languages, practice different religions, and have totally distinct cultures. Aspects of West African culture in particular have been here since the slave trade, before any Mexican culture and is actually taken for granted now as just plain "American" culture (sometimes African-American) and folk lore, so this I don't agree with at all..

In the same sense that Sinaloa, or Puebla, or Zacatecas all have different aspects of the culture, and different beliefs, and are, while not totally, different in some way, shape, or form.

So, the whole ''Mexican Culture" ideology is a joke these days, anyways. Same as saying the California Culture is all the same...ask someone from L.A. versus someone from Oakland, or Diego vs. Vallejo...
