You could tell in Manny's demeanor that he didn't feel he won the fight. There was no enthusiasm or excitement at all. He played the part to an extent, but it was pretty obvious how he really felt.

You could see that after the last bell too. Marquez had his hand raised and Manny looked like he was about to cry in his corner with Roach putting his hands through his hair lol

Even Roach told Pac between rounds before the 12th that he was down on the cards and had to knock Marquez down in the 12th.

Stop bringing up Mayweather, after getting schooled like that in the ring Manny doesn't deserve to fight Mayweather. 3 fights with Marquez and 3 bullshit decisions

pac clearly outworked marquez, but marquez fought a great fight. marquez needed to be more aggressive in the later rounds, his dumbass corner kept telling him that he already won. so he wasn't trying for a strong finish.
Stick to the Raiders games kid, Marquez had a better gameplay and outworked Pacquiao by far. And to be quite honest, I think Pac is the better boxer as far as speed/power but Marquez just showed him how mental the game is.

As a fan of pac man, I thought this would be a easy win for him but Marquez was clearly robbed and I don't see how anyone can judge it any other way.

it should have been a draw and there's no way you can say marquez outworked pac. he definitely had a better strategy, but his corner had him back off way too soon.

Pacquiao landed 176 of 578 punches - 30 percent
Marquez landed 138 of 436 punches - 32 percent
Power punches: Pacquiao 117 of 274 (43 percent) Marquez 100 of 254 (39 percent)
Average per round: Pacquiao 14 of 49; Marquez 11 of 36.

that's not what I would call outworking your opponent. marquez showed what the mental aspect of boxing is all about though. they need to fight again, I wish they could still have 15 round fights.

Can anyone comment on these numbers? IF they are correct, what does this mean in terms of who should have actually won the fight? Once again, I didn't watch the entire fight so this, and a bunch of people yelling "robbery" is all I have to go on.

Manny landed more punches towards the end of the fight. He lost a lot of the early and middle rounds. Show the punches by round

it doesn't mean anything as far as who should win, but it shows who outworked who in the fight. I think marquez would have won if he would have kept it up through the last 4 rounds, but he didn't. should have been a draw, that's what happens when you don't finish the fight.
