the direction his music has went since after the black album came out is dope to me, he comin out with new sounds with each one.

Really hit or miss after the Black Album.. American Gangster was his best IMO

^Kingdon Come is arguably his worst album but that still has mainstream success (2x platinum) and bangers like Lost Ones and Show Me What You Got. The album definitely isn't whack, just not at the top of his catalog.

And really, 1 marginal album out of 11 (not including collab albums) Is pretty fucking solid.

Also, it seems his commercial appeal and mainstream success got even better after The Black Album. That's fucking crazy considering the rap industry and its focued towards young up and commers.
