got home ,smoked a bowl,put the game in,and damn...i got molly whoped hard in the first half,definetly more like a simulator then last years,i like the challenge though

i got the xbox version, just tried to play it online and my xbox frooze while the matchup was set and showing the teams strengths and weaknesses. shit happen to anyone else?

Need help on Madden.

With the ball, I can score, I am getting better at running and my passing is decent, but I'm getting smoked online, I think I played 20 games and won 1 of those games 7-3 with the cowboys against the Panthers.

I know the right play calls its just the stick skill, I miss tackles then get smoked for a long touchdown.


Also, if I play as the cowboys, I usually match up his recievers with a corner back but most of the time play 3-4 and use 2 man under or a cover 2/3 showing blitz and blitzing Ware and controlling a DE/DT to open a gap for him. Or I go for a bigger blitz and get lucky or get exposed with a quick pass.

I need help with D asap!!!

Try not running with the turbo button all the time on d.......Stop switching to everyone and stick with one person......20 games and only won one of those......You got some time on your hands......But theres already some cats that are 100 - 13.....53-1 ........Ive lost once online my record is 7-1.....Raiders all day...Xboxlive tag..... yosef32.....Im on usually around 10 pm our time.....

Well I figured that out, I use strafe on D and it helps big time!!! Before I was sprinting like a motherfucker and getting burnt like toast. My losses are alot more respectable now and I got another win, just lost an epic game 14-10 ATLvGB, I drove the ball from my 20 with 25 seconds to go, last play my WR got caught 1 yard to go!!! game over lol

also you guys notice some lame cunts roll back and then turbo pass the ball? I stopped it with a cover 2 in 3-4 but it was too late by then, I think it might be a glitch or something..

I use the westcoast & 3-4 with the Ravens it works great and suits my style of play, I'm winning more games now and keeps the games low scoring.

love this game feels so realistic

I just jumped in a franchise last night there are 26 owners so there are some teams left.......Which are the Bengals, Broncos, Cheifs, Packers, Bucs, and the Seahawks....No fantasy draft so the teams are as is........The way you can manage your team and check league activites through maddennfl.easports.com is crazy......The people who are running this league are determined to make it work.......If anyone wants to jump in the league name is simstyle league and the cats gamer tag to contact is MBISTYD.....on the 360

maybe its because i wasnt that into it but i bought the game for ps2 and on all madden the game moves slow as fuck...i noticed thast in other maddens the the deeper into the speed picked up season i played..is it the same with this?


why does the screen fucking shake when tackoling its nnoying.

How come I suck at running the ball? Can anyone give me some pointers?

I'm da bears of course and my running game is shit. I average like 2.2 yards per carry. That's pretty damn unrealistic since da bears run the ball pretty good with Forte.

I can pass great, my defense is dope. Just can run for shit. I'll have like 20 carries for 35 yards and shit against teams with average defense lol. wtf am I doing wrong? it's like no matter what I do I'm almost instantly tackled. I run inside I get hit at the line of scrimmage. I run outside or do a pitch chances are I'm getting hit for a loss.

Is it best not to sprint until after you hit the hole or do you sprint right when you get the ball?

I try flicking the joystick to the left/right on inside runs to juke a defender but that shit only gets me like a yard or two at best.

wtf????
