No one knows that for sure, especially the way USC's offense limped through a couple of their games during mid-season. Florida was a damn near perfect storm this year.

How was it shitty? It was 14-14 in the 3rd quarter...much better than seeing OSu get blown out two years in a row. Oklahoma NOT running the hurry up offense REALLY hurt them on a number of plays and drives. Had they just ran the hurry up more, they would have scored more. On their first scoring drive, they ran the no huddle damn near the whole drive and Florida coudl NOT stop them. On the drive that Oklahoma got STOPPED at the goal line, they ran the hurry-up the ENITRE drive, and DID NOT once they were down and goal. Stopps is a moron for fucking up that drive.

I think Utah earned their #2 position but like I've said in previous posts I think Utah OR USC would have been a great challenge to Florida or Oklahoma in that game.

USC and Utah are not as good as College analysis are claiming. The reason the Florida and Oklahoma game was not high scoring cuz those were 2 great defenses, USC shouldnt have lost to Oregon St. period, it just shouldnt happen no matter what. Texas had one up on both teams also so arguments for either school are void, step the regular season schedule up if you want to play in the championship. Think about it Texas only loss was at the last second to the #2 team in the country at the time, they got screwed worse then any team i think in history considering they already beat Oklahoma.
