as i was a youngin, i would always drink this drink, its a latin drink... for those of u who drank it before know what im talking about, i think its a Salvatruch drink....

The other day while listening too one of the 10 clear channel radio stations, i hear a commercial for AM/PM and some white guy is saying " Gotta have my Horchata" - i was like wtf!!!! lol. i dunno i found it funny, cuz for anyones who had horchata, there usually served in Low Class Taquerias type places.

Commercialism for ya!

You would laugh at all the white people that get upset that Horchata or Tamarindo isn't served at my work. I always get a " well I guess this isn't a authentic mexican restaraunt is it " line, then I always say " this isn't super taqueria is it? ". It's the next gold man, invest in Horchata today!

LOL thats comedy white people always tryin to bite our shit makin watered down version of latin food n shit.

but anyway my mom & grandma use to make horchata for me & my cousins when i was young too.it kinda take a long time to make when you makin it from scratch.i've been gettin it from a lil latin store around here.it's not as good as the homemade kind but it's still pretty good.

hell yea psilo its either some brew or a tall glass of horchata, ill usually drink the whole damn cup before the food even comes out

yeah i seen powderd Horchata a while ago at Winco's i think.a little package with a white kid with a glass of horchata.........

but all that shits commercialized.it tripped me out when i seen a big ass Nestle logo on Abuelita chocolate.............

horchata commercial cuz it was mentioned on an ad? so, bat shit as a food was in ace ventura, but that dont make it commercial lol

what i invented horchata...i accidently let my rice cook for too long and it became a liquid and bam horchata was invented..damn i should have patented it.
