anybody remember 13 high and 14 high?? those were big asian gangs in the richmond area and in l.a. when i was growing up. so if that flick is dated a bit then they might actually be 13 high crips. or something to that effect. i aint asian and i aint never banged 13 or 14 high but my neighbors used to so i seen a shit load of them dudes.
