America's Favorite Fat Man to Take Up a New Day Job: Managing Hip-Hop Acts

Phil Margera, the father of pro skater and MTV bad-boy; Bam Margera, made a suprising announcement on a Dallas Radio show Tuesday- He wants to manage musicians, particularly Hip-Hop acts.
Margera said he has grown bored at home, being supported by his multi-millionaire son, and no longer having to work. He claims he loves all music, but lately has discovered a love for hip-hop.
"I like how its no-holds-barred, they say what they want to. A lot of the time its really meaningful, you know, beneath the surface," Margera said on Power 98.7, Dallas' premiere hip-hop radio station. "I listen to all types of hip-hop, love Jay-Z, Young Jeezy... you know, the Southern guys.... Also love E-40 and those guys in the Bay Area too, I like what their doing over there."
Radio station personel snickered when Margera announced his plan, but Margera was by no-means kidding. While the Power 98.7 DJ held back laughter, he asked Margera which artists he would like to work with.
"I'm going to travel around, you know, go to all the big hip-hop cities. I'm going to talk to some up-and-comers in the Bay Area. I've already got two youngsters ready to work with me... we're going to do big things," Margera explained. The artists he is working with go by the names Kobe Soz, Reccless, and Y-Dr3sta.
"I guarantee platinum records.... everything we're dropping is pure 100% fire, heat. No bull**** songs, I wouldn't endorse it if it was garbage. When Kobe drops I know it's going to rattle the game, it will be the hottest CD of '06. Then after him, of course we're bringing out Reccless "I'ma Thug -N- U Ain't." This will be the next hottest CD of '06. And when Y-Dr3sta drops in October, its over. Hottest CD of '06 hands down."
At the end of his radio interview, Power 98.7 DJ's asked Margera how he thought his weight, looks, and his antics on MTV will effect his "street credibility." Margera; visibly angered, retorted with:
"B****, I get more p**** in a week then you have in years."
