I think Lil B went too far when he did that video in a church. If he wanna call himself a pretty princess and a pretty bitch, thats his deal, but he crossed the line with that church video and sayin hoes suck his dick cuz he looks like Jesus Christ. I think dude is funny to me, entertaining, but some lines you dont cross. but i see wat he is doing and apparently its workin.
Indecent, you come from an era, like most f us 70's and 80's babies bruh, where we dont need gimmicks, we let the music speak for ourselves. but its a new era these days bruh.

Woah didnt know about the church thing and him calling him self Jesus. Man he doesnt know it, but what hes doing is going to have some serious consequences. Real talk. Mocking another human being is one thing but challenging God is a whole other story.

These guys are from the new era, no gimmick with them.

.

they was cool but thing is nobody outside the west heard of or gives a shit about them artists in your video(no disrespect at all). like rasan said its a new era meaning majority or fans or consumers are expecting something different and more then being a lyricst. I believe its more about image and gimmicks nowdays. remember 80's was about dancing, 90's about gangsta & lyrical shit, 00's bout crunk and club music, now it seems like its more about gimmick and images thenb the actual lyrical skills(hate to say it but its true look who run rap now wayne, nicki, waka, gucci)

Actually I sent that song to a few friends of mine in Atlanta and New York and they where feelin that shit, so dont think your right about everyone outside the west not giving a fuck about em.

There are still some people out there that appreciate real talent and quality music over bullshit gimmicks.

true
but we are talkin about the corporate machine being behind the lil b's, soulja boy's, etc. Because what lil b does is free promo for soulja boy and colli park, and the nigga hasnt even dropped an official album yet.
Yeah there are ppl out there that appreciate real music, but unfortunately in this day the corporate machine could careless. if that was the case half these niggas you hear on the radio wouldnt have deals bruh.
