I DO KNOW sonic, isnt an authorized Rockford Fosgate dealer. So you might check into what you buy. I blew a sub and Rockford wouldnt cover it under warranty due to it being bought from an unauthorized dealer.

It was around 1996 or 7 when I found out that you want to get the adapter for the factory stereo wiring when swapping out your head unit. I found that out after I cut the wires like a dumbfuck and someone told me about that shit. Crutchfield has all that shit. They even have adapters that plug into the factory speaker hookups to take advantage of the wiring when replacing the speakers. lots of choices.

Yeah they give you all the install stuff you need for free but they are usually more expensive than sonicelectronix. I bought my amp from sonic through their ebay store and didn't have a problem. I also bought some speakers from crutchfield for my mom and it came with the wiring adapters to connect it to the stock system. Also take a look at woofersect.com I haven't bought anything through them but they carry some brands that the other sites don't have.

Don't waste your money paying retail prices on Crutchfield. I bought my Infinity Kappa 6x9s on Amazon.com for $100 shipped. These bastards dump hard for 6x9s. Once I amp em up they'll dump even harder.

Here's the deck I bought brand new for $150. It has a usb cord where you can plug in your ipod adapter and it'll charge and control your ipod through the deck. It's legit. Most decks don't even charge your phone.
