Last Night I heard some shit maybe Embarrassed Im from The Bay!

Man alot of good points made by all of you.. But let me re explain a bit on exactly what i meant. The majority of the songs I HEARD were Trash with the exception of a couple i dont remember titles and they were just alright.. ( maybe the people with decent songs egos are too big to send in a song) I would have sent ina song with one of my newer artist for a song with Ski and 40 that the radio might play. they wouldnt let me.
I dont remeber the name of the guy who said he is disapointed by my post, But look dog im not sure if your song was one that i heard or not, but if it was then MY OPINION is that it wasnt good, I mean you guys have to hear some of that shit to fell me its worse than that American idol shit! And Im not saying change anything all those same topics work when ya got the basics down, but a basic topic like Murder, sex and drug sounds terrible when ya cant ride a beat, or dont know how to double or ya mic cost $40 from radio shack! Like Dutch said some people need to Quit man fo real save yaself some money and time and find something else to do in amusic, i cant rap and i dont want to so I found my position, i suggest for some to follow!

Just cause folks is sellin dont mean shit. Crap sells sometimes faster than Real Lyrics.
What we dont need is folks that should be teachin the up and comers coming in and bashing them. It aint cool. I mean Some of the vets that think they are the shit are just average. Just cause some one put out ten albums dont mean they Made ten good songs. I dont like some of the music around here. But I dont Knock folks on here. Just cause i dont like it dont mean some one else wont, I have my own flavor of music i like. that dont mean they music I dislike sucks. If they doin shit all good for them.
No disrespect but Dutch I live in Sac, My Bro and I both went to school With Martin (The Brown Hound). and I run into them cats often. The Bomb Sucks and the rotation is no different than KMEL or KSFM except for when The had west coast Wednesdays. They throw in some bay shit once in awhile but they dont show 916 cats no love but It dont make or break me.
As for the "Net Rappers". well if that what they are then fine. But i see more than just net rappers around here.
I really dont care who is sellin more or Makin more money. It dont Gauge talent We all know that.

@Done Deal CEO yeah maybe you can help me I loved to just listen to music and critique real good. But I don't want to be no auditon guy or nothing . Any suggestions . I can sit and arrange music on my computer and listen all day. Or get somebody cd I just met off the street and I don't mind popping it straight in and listening. Especially for that almighty dollar. any career suggestions though will be much appreciated.

bootz is my cousin and most of his ideas came with consultation from me... and as far as sac rappers are concerned who besides mr doc came with a legit radio hit???
quinn makes radio songs, he gets on the radio, frontline makes radio songs, so on and so forth.... the script has been written already... havent you all figured that out yet???
and as far as sean t is concerned he is far from a net rapper.. and you damn right id rather hear sean than hear chingy....

i love a fan to death.. a real fan ...a person who buys my shit bumps the fuck out of it, e mails my label with feed back and shows up at my preformances and sings word for word every song i do... i respect. cheerish and pray for 1 million more..
as far as "fans" on this web site are concerned...

DUTCH,I HEARD THAT FE CD ON NR.COM AND WENT TO THE WHEREHOUSE THE NEXT DAY AND GOT IT.I BEEN KNOCKIN IT EVERYSINCE!!!!!!! I agree with that there are too many rappers, not only rappers but record labels in the bay. The bay is "Independant record label" capitol. There are more rappers than consumers out here. Its like when I pass a flyer to a cat they passin me one back. The quality out here has gotten worst also. But, that's why I started a topic on here askin for suggestions for our new album(from the consumer).
I'm sure yall already know that the bay is also the home of pimpin and a lot of us are caught up in that "captain save a hoe" syndrome. I used to hear if we did a track about females in a positive way that we are "captains." So, since we were young, we didn't touch that topic.
Me personally, I love women. I aint no trick or nothin but fuckin wit women is one of my fav. hobbies. I hope the rest of yall cats feel the same. I also still live in the projects. I love my block and I represent it everyday. Now, I'm hearin cats talkin bout rappers are talkin 2 much bout murder and dope sellin. But, u can't satisfy everybody, oh well. I rap what I know, lived, and seen so when u hear fully loaded u hear the truth. If its a positive or negative record.
The bay is not gon blow til one of us emerges to the top and bump shoulders wit the big boys. Right now were all in a bowl pullin eachother down tryin to get to the top. I suggest some of the cats that just started rappin to fall back and buy bay area product. Everybody can't make it at the same time.we need the light to shine on the bay then the door will open.
