That's a sick ass fucking verse bro, along with the verses on Wheaties, Hope For A Higher Power and Paint A Dark Picture, to say the least. I honestly would recommend you give it another listen with an open mind rather than a subjective mentality.
From what you just said, it sounds like you did nothing but try to compare the three, which leads me to believe that you were expecting the same kind of sound from those two previous albums. NO two Tech albums EVER sounded the same, so even trying to compare them is just silly.

Actually, Psycho Bitch 2 is my favorite track after the title track. And that's mostly because Liquid Assassin is in it. Paint A Dark Picture is nice, could have been better. Wheaties is just retarded. He might as well rap about corn flakes.
I've always listened to new albums with an open mind and expectations based on that artist. Which is why this dissapointed me.
I guess it does sound like that, but I didn't try to compare this to AP or Anghellic, but, he displayed the energy that makes him great on Everready and somewhat on MLK too. This album just sounds lazy.
Beats don't interest me. His flow was lazy. And if a flow is crap I couldnt care less about the lyrics. You can recite shakespear, but if you don't do it in a way that captures my attention, you fail.
Especially after all the hype it was given and this "all killer no filler" bullshit. For an album thats built up that much, that has that much filler on it, you're damn right I didnt enjoy it.

Let me add for you dimwitted fucks that use that as an excuse to not have any kind of intelligent retort, I don't like Killa C. But LA alone puts that album above Kaliko, Prozak & Tech.
Once again, I didn't talk shit on it. I gave an honest opinion. And because I liked the Grave Plott album, you automatically write me off. Which makes you a hell of a lot more close minded then me. I wanted to like Killer so much. Tech just didn't deliver this time.
