i couldnt believe it.that was nothin but a lucky punch.tarver is not a better fighter then roy jones jr.im sure they'll have a re-match & jones will whoop tarvers ass.
if tyson & roy fight im not sure about that 1 cuzz everyone thought he would destroy holyfield but holyfield whooped his ass.tyson aint as good as he use 2 be.

for yall who didnt see the fight all of your antics are false. the fight wasn't fixed jones just aint got it no more. he said he doesnt want a rematch that he has nothing to prove against tarver???????????????? after people said he lost the 1st time and getting knocked out the 2nd time. jones was tellin larry merchant - guys get up to fight me i dont get up to fight guys.... jones has no heart, no pride. even tho he's a legend at what he accomplished i will only remember how he went out when he was faced with a true test.

every boxer with time has diminished skill, roy should have known 2 bow out while he was on top, no1 could of disputed he was on top of his game for 10 yrs, you just gotta know when its time 2 hang up them gloves, unfortuantly big money is involved people get greedy and care less about there mark on history. tarver took home like 2 mill while jones got 8 mill i believe.

Just give Tarver the props he deserves and give RJJ props to finally face the REAL number one contender.

I admit i was totally wrong about the fight, the thing i failed to realize is how much taller tarver was then roy, people say size dont matter but in most cases if your both a quick puncher then reach always matters. Look at what hopkins did to trinidad, trinidad never took punishment like that before and its cuz he was taller or just as tall as everyone else.
Just goes to show that nobody is invincible. I never thought Tyson would lose and it happened. This is a sport where no matter how good you are your day could come. That's what happened in this case. Jones beat many oppenents, but this fight just wasn't his to win. For anybody to say anything bad about Roy would be rediculous. I give Tarver his props, but it will be interestin to see how he carries himself as a champion. Jones will come back to prove himself once again. That's my prediction.
